What counts as a Route Card?
One product into one destination. Adding a second destination to the same product is a second card. Re-checking an existing card is free and does not count.
What happens if I go over my monthly cards on Solo?
Nothing stops. The eleventh card costs £3 and is added to your next invoice. You will never hit a wall mid-shipment because you had an unusual month.
How does the beta code work?
Choose Solo, and at Stripe's checkout enter the code BETA. Solo is free for six months; after that it renews at the normal price unless you cancel, which you can do at any time from Billing. Fifty codes are available.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT. If we become VAT-registered, VAT is added at checkout at the standard rate and shown on your invoice.
What if I cancel?
Your account drops to Free at the end of the period you paid for. Every Route Card and document you generated stays readable and printable; you just cannot generate new ones beyond the free allowance.
Is this customs advice?
No. Exportly organises published official sources and tells you how confident it is in each answer. It does not certify a classification or file a declaration, and where an answer needs a qualified person it says so and offers to introduce you to one.
